Beautiful and modern meeting room / boardroom / training room. Equipped with high-end and trendy furniture in a private space ideal for board meetings, coaching small groups, presentations, courses and seminars, and all types of training that requires a professional ambience in a premium location. Size: 500 sq ft. The space includes:


  • VIDEO: 60" Led TV with 2 USB inputs, an Apple TV and 1 hdmi cable.
  • SOUND: Premium sound with a Powered Column Loudspeaker with an 8" Subwoofer, 4 High Frequency Drivers, Bluetooth Audio Streaming, LED Lighting and Remote Control, MP3 player included to play audio files via USB sticks and SD/MMC cards, onboard 3-channel mixer with two 1/4" inputs and a combo 1/4"/XLR connector for dynamic mics and line-level instruments, such as an external mixer. 
  • WHITEBOARD: a premium glass whiteboard size 72x48" and markers
  • SEATING: 5 training tables in a U-shape set-up, with power outlets in each (dc and usb), and 15 modern chairs. 
  • OTHERS: a stool and round glass table for the host/speaker, a 3 spaces white bookshelf to place marketing materials, 1 folding table 6ft with our branding tablecloth (you can put yours). 
  • INTERNET: Regular wifi access is provided, 100mb download and 25mb upload. If you need dedicated or faster internet you can bring your hotspot. 
  • SERVICES: The area is in the back of our office, so no traffic goes on outside the space. Also we have 2 bathrooms just a few steps from the room, and a small kitchenette were you can have access to water and a small coffee maker. Foam cups, filters and ground coffee are always there for auto-service. Note: we don´t provide catering services or additional support during your meetings, if you need coffee or water please get early to prepare everything for your meeting. You are also responsible of picking-up everything you use and left it as it was.
  • PARKING: we have plenty of space for parking, during business hours usually there are 10+ available spots in our building. From there, you just have to enter the small building, go to the 2nd floor and then short walk to the room.

    3rd party catering and self catering is allowed. 


    A 2 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. Please advice that the venue is closed on weekends. However, on Saturdays the venue can be considered available for reservation. Sundays the venue is currently reserved until May 2023.


    Please note the reservation begins at the time which is booked. It does not begin when a client/host arrives. Please be sure to plan for the host and guests to arrive on time to take full advantage of your space booking. 


    We allow up to 15 minutes after the reservation time ends for clean up. If all guests have not left the space after the 15 minute window, we automatically add at least 1 hour of overtime. Reservations will be updated with the actual time a group leaves for the final billing. Our staff is scheduled based on booking times and we need to be fair to them if their plans are changed. 


    No smoking in the building. No open flames. Also, due to sprinkler system, no smoke, fog, or haze machines allowed. 


    Due to staff allergies, pets are not allowed in this space.


    We kindly ask clients to move back any furniture moved, clean up, and bag any trash before leaving. Also, depending on the reservation time and/or the number of participants, we may include an additional cleaning fee that we will let you know in a timely manner.


    If hosts/guests do not leave the space as they found it or break any of our rules, a $125 fee will be charged.

    Security cameras and recording devices

     

    We have a surveillance security camera in the meeting room. It records images not audio. It can be turned off if you request it.

    Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies.

Cleaning


We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests.


These include; 


Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant and electrostatic spraying. 


Providing hand sanitizer. 


Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 



Hygiene


Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:


Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection


Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)


Please dispose of tissues immediately into waste bins and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)


Refrain from touching your face. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)



Kitchen


We will not be allowing access to our shared kitchen. 



If You Are Sick


For the safety of our space, we are asking any visitors or potential visitors who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days. 



If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work or visit our space until you’ve been cleared 

  • Cleaning Protocol

    Enhanced cleaning measures:

    • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
    • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
    • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
    • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

    All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

    • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
    • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
    • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
    • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
    • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
  • Protective Gear

    The following equipment is provided for every guest:

    • Hand Sanitizer
    • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Physical Distance

    The space has the following features:

    • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
    • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more


All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
